Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most items in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip or order confirmation.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale merchandise
- Swimwear and intimate apparel
- Gift cards and e-gift certificates
- Personalized or monogrammed items
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Visit our returns portal online
- Enter your order number and email address
- Select items you wish to return
- Choose your return method
- Print your return label
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Store Credit
If you prefer, we can issue store credit for your return. Store credit does not expire and can be used for future purchases.
8. International Returns
International customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Any customs duties or taxes
- Properly completing customs documentation
9. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.
10. Return Exceptions
Some items may have specific return requirements due to their nature or value. These exceptions are clearly noted on product pages.
11. Return Status
You can track your return status using the tracking number provided on your return label. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
12. Holiday Returns
Items purchased during holiday seasons may have extended return periods. Specific dates and details are announced each holiday season.
13. Return Quality
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and without any alterations. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.
14. Final Sale Items
All final sale items are marked as such at the time of purchase and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
15. Return Methods
We offer multiple return methods:
- Postal service returns
- Carrier drop-off locations
- In-store returns (where available)
16. Gift Returns
Gifts can be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase. The credit will be issued to the original purchaser.
17. Restocking Fees
Certain items may be subject to restocking fees:
- Furniture and large items: 15% fee
- Special order items: 25% fee
- Electronics: 20% fee
18. Return Packaging
Please use the original packaging when possible. For security reasons, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
19. Return Authorization
All returns must have a return authorization number. Returns received without proper authorization may experience processing delays.
20. Return Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this return policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will govern your return.
